Sandra pursues a passion for dynamic and energetic training that truly enhances individuals desire to learn.

Her background includes 26 years of significant experience with companies such as HSBC Bank Plc and Merrill Lynch where she managed a global training team. A Certified NLP Practitioner, CIPD and ILM qualified, she specialises in Team Effectiveness, Leadership and Management training.

Sandra works extensively with Senior Command Teams within the Police Force, facilitating strategic team coaching workshops which explore the working dynamics and key priorities of teams. She also delivers accredited Institute of Leadership & Management courses to First Line Managers which are highly sought after by companies due to the feedback from delegates and their effectiveness back in the workplace.

She is an expert in the field of accelerated learning working closely with leading European neural psychologists and believes that most limitations are self-taught and that everyone has the resources within themselves to achieve any goal they set. Companies often overlook the fact that changes in behaviour don’t happen through lectures or setting objectives, people make it happen. People are the most valuable resource and their development must be in line with their core values and principals for it to have an impact and be used in the outside world.

Sandra uses Insights Learning & Development tools to under pin all of her work firmly believing that understanding your employees is the scaffolding to effective leadership.

Her key skill is in the facilitation of small groups of 4 – 15 and she has the natural ability to gain trust enabling her to challenge and provide powerful support and guidance for her groups.

When not working Sandra works closely with Young Enterprise to help our students become better equipped for the business world. She also mentors under-achieving teenagers to help and support them through difficult times.
